Kissimmee, FL – November 27, 2007 – Ranger Jet Center at Orlando/Kissimmee Gateway Airport (ISM) has converted itself into a Corporate Business Center and is steadily breaking ground.
After great success in serving the general aviation needs of Kissimmee Gateway Airport as a fixed-based operator (FBO), the Ranger Jet Center has transferred FBO operations to Atlantic Aviation and is turning its attention to further development at the Airport. Keeping its current location at the Kissimmee Gateway Airport, Ranger is developing a Corporate Office Facility and Executive Terminal with more than 60,000 square feet of business space that is designed and ready for lease opportunities.
In addition to the Corporate Office Facility, Ranger currently has four hangars each with 12,000 square feet of hangar and 2,000 square feet office space, a fifth hangar with 18,000 square feet of hangar area, and a sixth hangar with 25,000 square feet of hangar and 5,000 square feet of office space. All space is available for customization. The completed development will consist of over 86,000 square feet of Corporate Office Space, 140,000 square feet of Hangars and 700,000 square feet of ramp and apron.
These prime development opportunities have already struck a cord with local government agencies. On Thursday, November 8 Ranger Jet Center proudly hosted a Ground Breaking celebration for its Osceola Sheriff’s Aviation Facility and a Ribbon Cutting event for the recent completion of the two new General Aviation Hangar Facilities.
“We are very excited and supportive of all Ranger Jet Center is doing out here. Growth is key to the economic health of any business, and Ranger is definitely helping KGA stay healthy and on the map,” says Terry Lloyd Director of Aviation at Kissimmee Gateway Airport.
Ranger Jet Center is an established aviation business center with a proven track record of excellence at Kissimmee Gateway Airport. Ranger’s location in the Airport’s Enterprise Zone offers numerous Economic Development incentives to businesses relocating to the area.
